The hanging tender is like a secret well hidden. This muscle offers a rich and distinctive taste, more than any other beef cut. Once you try it you will love it. The texture is somewhat rough, so you will want to cut against the grain. Then, the tastiest and most flavourfull meat will blow you away!
Laat de steak op kamertemperatuur komen. Snij de zeen, deze loopt in de lengte door het midden, geheel weg. U houdt nu 2 lange steaks over. Kruid vervolgens naar eigen smaak en grill deze op hoog vuur in ongeveer 4-6 minuten per kant. Grill tot een kerntemperatuur van 50-52 graden. Laat vervolgens (afgedekt) rusten tot een kerntemperatuur van 55-57 graden (Medium-Rare) of 57-60 graden (Medium)
