Optimal Fish Preparation
Fish can sometimes stick to the barbecue grill. Also, the proteins may jump out of the fish if the flame directly hits the fish. In that case, use a cedar plank during preparation. That way, the fish always turns out perfect! Don't overcook the fish; it affects the texture.
