When will I receive my gift card?
During office hours, your digital gift cards are personalized. If you order the digital gift card, you will receive it immediately by email. This can take 5 - 60 minutes, depending on which email provider you use. Also, please check your SPAM box.

Our gift cards contain a code. Once you have filled your shopping cart and reached the page where you can fill in all your details, you will see the option on the right side of the screen to enter a code.
As soon as you do this and click on "Activate", the amount of the gift card will be automatically deducted. If you encounter any problems with the gift card, it's best to send an email to info@beefensteak.nl. including the code on the card and the value of the gift card. We will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
How do I redeem my Webshop Giftcard?
If you have a "Webshop Giftcard", first go to the website of Webshop Giftcard. Here you can convert the gift card into a voucher for our website.
Once you have done this, you can start shopping on our site. When you have everything in your shopping cart and have reached the checkout, select "Webshop Giftcard" as the payment method.
So you do not enter a code on our website. Click on "Place order" and you will be redirected to the payment page of the gift card where you can enter the code and pay any remaining amount.
Once you have done this, you will be redirected back to our website where you can see that the order has been successfully placed.
