Tender Pork Chop
Pork loin chops are chopped or sawn from the back, the part where the loin but then with bone. The pork tenderloin is removed from the back and the back as a whole is portioned in beautiful steaks. These bone steaks are ideal for marinating or seasoning to your own taste and go well with the weekday meal. The meat is lean with a fat edge. These steaks are specially cut for us by LIVAR by weight and packaged.

How do I prepare a pork loin chop?
You can eat the meat of the LIVAR pig perfectly naturally, it has a lot of taste of itself. You can also marinate it or season it to your own taste. Grill the steak on both sides well browned and let it simmer over low heat to a core temperature of 67 degrees Celsius. Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy your meal!
