The mother pig, the sow, is 100% Iberico and the bear, the Iberico male pig is 100% Duroc. The pigs walk outside for a large part of the year and are fed with a delicious mix of grains. After more than 10 years of experience, our conclusion is that the meat-fat ratio that this cross offers us has the most beautiful and consistent quality. Thus the meat is not té fat and yet it has that wonderful taste that it's all about.
