Ingredients


  • 500 grams of beef steak
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine
  • ½ tablespoon fresh ginger or 1 / 8 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation


  • 1. Cut with a sharp knife, cut the beef into strips, across the wire
  • 2. Mix the soy sauce, honey, rice wine, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Add the beef and mix it with the marinade. Let stand 30 minutes.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. Fry half the meat about 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with other half.
  • 4. Place the beef on the plates. Bring remaining marinade to a boil and pour over the beef.
