  • 1. Coat the pork shoulder roast with full rubber.
  • 2. Adjust the temperature exactly at the barbecue.
  • 3. Place the meat on indirect fire on the BBQ to 130 degrees.
  • 4. Count 2 hours per pound cooking time. If the core temperature is 80 degrees, take the pork shoulder off the barbecue.
  • 5. Let it rest for 1/2 hour under aluminum foil.
  • 6. Pull the meat apart with two forks and serve on buns.
