Wow! what a great workshop we had on the 2nd of November 2013 from Peter Bootsma at beef&steak location Ter Aar. It was a real joy having a professional pitmaster sharing his slow cooking experiences in an enthusiastic way. The workshop took place in a relaxed atmosphere and we've practiced several preparation techniques. There was plenty of time grabbing the pitmasters mind and consulting him for advise. After completing this workshop I'm feeling ready for the next level of BBQ's @home.
