Wagyu Picanha (Rump Cap)

I prepare this beef Thai style (Commonly known as Crying tiger beef). Cutting to a 1-1.5 cm thick (marinade with a little splash of fish sauce and brown sugar if preferred) then grill over high heat 1-1.30 min each side. Served with Thai salty&sour sauce made of fish sauce/sugar/lime juice/chili flake/roasted rice powder/thinly sliced shallot. The fat at the rim is everything! Yummm
