Steak in sweet and sour sauce
A fresh variation on the steak.

500 g Beef Steaks
2 St Leek
2 St Onions
2 EL Honey
100 ml White
200 ml Fond
4 EL Oil
1 Dose Tomatoes
  something Salt, pepper, chili
5 EL Brandy vinegar

Preparation

Pat the steaks dry on both sides with salt and pepper and spices. Fry in oil about 4 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and keep warm. Tomatoes with leek (sliced), onion rings boxes. Pour the broth and white wine over, simmer for 5 minutes. Add the honey, salt, pepper, chili and vinegar through it. Add the steaks and let everything a few minutes.
