Spanish Iberico Spareribs

Heavenly spareribs for gourmets

Ingredients

2 strands Iberico spareribs
1/2 clove finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp. finely chopped Chilli Pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped Oregano
1/2 tbsp. finely chopped Rosemary
fresh, black ground pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 lime, pressed.
sea salt
Olive oil

Preparation

1. Mix all the above ingredients into a smooth marinade.
2. Remove the fleece from the spare ribs and place them in the marinade for at least 1 hour, it is better to leave the spare ribs in this marinade overnight.
3. Preheat the oven or BBQ to 120 degrees Celsius. When using the BBQ, you set it up for indirect heating.
4. Place the ribs in the oven or on the BBQ for 3.5 hours, until the meat easily detaches from the bone.
