With its roots firmly in Turkey, this is a commonly used all-purpose blend. Our hand-prepared spice mix is a careful combination of Mint, Urfa Chillies, Sumac, and Citrus among others. Made with high-quality spices and flavorings, it has a vibrant color and a fresh, potent aroma.
Can be used with hummus, flatbread, roasted vegetables, or for making lamb koftas, BBQ chicken, or seasonal kebabs. Also works very well as an additional flavor layer in soups, sauces, and stews.
Method: Add Baharat Spice Mix to chicken, lamb, fish, vegetables, or bread. Apply to moist meat and allow to marinate. For best results, cook in the oven or indirectly on the BBQ.
