The bavette, also called "half moon" by butchers, is a piece of forgotten meat. Where until recently it was twisted by the tartar meat, it is now finally seen as a fully-fledged steak. Rightly so! A beautiful thread and fantastic marbling. This steak comes out best on the grill.

Grill de steak om en om gedurende 3 tot 5 minuten per kant. Laat vervolgens minimaal 10 minuten (afgedekt) liggen om na te garen. Alleen peper en zout is voldoende.
