The Iberico pork is known for its fat with a lot of taste. This all comes back in this piece of belly fat. The belly fat is delightfully soft. You might know this product better as the piece were they cut of bacon rashers. The belly fat hasn't got skin but it has up to 90% fat. This causes another, but also fantastic flavor. Beef&Steak advises you to cook the pork belly slow in the oven of on the BBQ. This will give you a wonderful taste on your plate. It is a perfect product to make delicious Panceta.

The Iberico pig is a pork race originated in the Mediterenean. The pig has all the space to graze around and enjoy the wonderful climate here. The pig especially enjoys the acorns. This causes a good marbling of the meat and you taste that back in the Iberico burgers of Beef&Steak.
