How do I prepare Iberico Ribfingers?
Preparing iberico rib fingers is very easy and can hardly go wrong. The meat is quite broken, but becomes wonderfully soft with a slow spread over low heat. Season the Iberico rib fingers to your own taste. Cook indirectly in 1.5 to 2 hours on the BBQ at around 150 degrees Celsius. Coat them in advance with your favorite BBQ sauce and grill them over the direct fire.
