Belly steaks are cut from the abdomen, boneless and without rind. The belly is de-boned, rolled up and the beautiful meat with a good fat ratio is portioned in beautiful pieces. These patches are ideal for marinating or seasoning to your own taste and go well with the weekday meal. The meat is fatter than the attorney steak, but more flavorful. These patches are specially cut for us by LIVAR by weight and packaged.

How do I prepare a belly steak?
You can eat the meat of the LIVAR pig perfectly naturally, it has a lot of taste of itself. You can also marinate it or season it to your own taste. Grill the bacon on both sides over high heat, golden brown to a core temperature of 70 degrees Celsius. Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy your meal!
