Overview
The Drip Pan makes barbecuing much easier. No more foil or burning residue off your platesetter. The dripping fat is collected in the pan, keeping your Kamado clean and helping to maintain a stable temperature.
Use and Benefits
During long grilling sessions, you can add a layer of lukewarm water to the platesetter for improved humidity and more stable temperatures. After use, simply clean the pan with kitchen paper or place it in the dishwasher. This helps keep your platesetter looking clean and in good condition for longer, while keeping your dishes juicy and flavourful.
