Preparation
Grill de burger op hoog vuur gedurende 2-3 minuten per kant. Laat vervolgens minimaal 5 minuten (indirect) doorgaren tot een kerntemperatuur van minimaal 70 graden Celsius.

Too many spices
The flavor resembles more a sausage than a hamburger. i thought i could taste the meat more but no.
