Wonderful chuck ribs of the American Black Angus. The meat is from the ribs of the cow and is so insanely tender that the meat almost comes from the bones. Our advice is to cook the chuck ribs and than grill it on 180 degrees. This causes a true taste sensation. These beef ribs are a party to prepare. Take your time and flavor the pieces perfectly.

The Black Angus is Grain-Fed. This causes beautiful marbling. The intramusculair fat takes its place between the muscles of the cow. This makes the taste of this meat fenomenal.

    Heerlijk stuk vlees. Lekkere rub eroverheen daarna 25uur op ongeveer 120 graden c gerookt. Erg zacht vlees. Je moet alleen niet vies zijn van een beetje vet. Want er zat erg veel IM vet in. Wat ik zelf erg jammer vond.

    Afgelopen weekend deze rib klaar gemaakt op de WSM. Eerst in een ketjap marinade vervolgens in de rub en 2 uur gerookt. Inpakken in folie runderbouillon toevoegen en nog 25 uur op lage temperatuur (110 graden) door laten garen. Geweldig stuk vlees erg zacht en veel smaak.
