About this product
The "Wellington" was invented by the military leader Arthur Wellesley, who defeated Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. He was honored with a dish where meat was covered with foie gras and rolled in puff pastry. This is how the "Wellington" was born.
With this kit, you can easily get started with this preparation method. To make it all even more fun and versatile, you can choose from:
- Beef Wellington (Tenderloin or Chateaubriand)
- Pork Wellington (Dutch or Iberico pork tenderloin or Wild boar tenderloin)
- Venison Wellington (Deer or Roe deer tenderloin)
