Tender Pork Chop
Pork loin chops are chopped or sawn from the back, the part where the loin but then with bone. The pork tenderloin is removed from the back and the back as a whole is portioned in beautiful steaks. How do I prepare a pork loin chop?
You can eat the meat of the LIVAR pig perfectly naturally, it has a lot of taste of itself. You can also marinate it or season it to your own taste. Grill the steak on both sides well browned and let it simmer over low heat to a core temperature of 67 degrees Celsius. Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy your meal!
