This venison pâté from the Spanish delicatessen brand La Chinata is sublime in taste! The addition of the dessert sherry Pedro Ximénez makes the pâté deliciously fruity and smooth. It's wonderful on a cracker. A beautiful pâté to serve as an appetizer with homemade cranberry sauce or a few drops of balsamic.
How can you serve pâté?
We always put the pâté in the fridge for a little while before serving it, as the flavors come out best when slightly chilled. You can pair it on a tasty bread board with some fine cheeses, our English tomato chutney, and our Spanish sweet paprika marmalade.
