In addition to the wealth of information we provide during the workshop, there will also be plenty to taste. We start all Highschool BBQ Pork workshops with a small snack. Our experience is that with all that delicious food around, you quickly get hungry. Part of this workshop will be hosted by the Pitmaster. He will, with the help of some participants, demonstrate a few beautiful dishes, such as:

- Baby Back Ribs

- Livar Koontjes from the Dutch Oven

- Pork Tomahawk

Furthermore, you'll get hands-on with the preparation and cooking of our XL Onion Moink Balls, a dish you'll never forget!

The Highschool BBQ Pork workshop is held at our beautiful workshop location in Ter Aar. The location features an indoor area with sanitary facilities. There is a covered area where we can shelter in case of bad weather. The workshop can therefore take place year-round, no matter the weather. On sunny days, we have plenty of outdoor seating where you can enjoy the workshop and the sun.

When you arrive at the location, drive past the farm all the way to the back. There, you’ll find the spacious parking lot where you can park for free. Then walk to the workshop location, where you can check in with the Pitmaster or our hostess. One welcome drink is included with the workshop. Cancellations are possible up to 2 weeks before the workshop, after which cancellations will no longer be accepted. Of course, you are free to find another participant to take your place.
