The Iberico pork is known for its fat with a lot of taste. This all comes back in this piece of belly fat. The belly fat is delightfully soft. The Iberico pig is a pork race originated in the Mediterenean. The pig has all the space to graze around and enjoy the wonderful climate here. The pig especially enjoys the acorns. This causes a good marbling of the meat and you taste that back in the Iberico burgers of Beef&Steak.
