Preparation
Laat de steak op kamertemperatuur komen. Kruid vervolgens de steak naar eigen smaak. Grill de streak op hoog vuur gedurende 3-5 minuten per kant tot een kerntemperatuur van 50-52 graden. Haal de steak van het vuur en laat deze (afgedekt) rusten tot een kerntemperatuur van 55-57 graden (Medium-Rare) of 57-60 graden (Medium).
