Preparation
Voor het beste resultaat: vóór het opwarmen eerst laten ontdooien, vervolgens 15-18 minuten afbakken in een voorverwarmde oven of BBQ op 170ºC.
Na het opwarmen kan de pie nog ongeveer tot 45 minuten in een warmhoud-vitrine staan op 70ºC, bij voorkeur met vocht.
