That pheasant and truffle go well together is well-known. But that it could taste so incredibly delicious together was a surprise to us too! Very soft in texture and full and rich in flavor. Ideal for spreading on a slice of bread, toast, or a cracker. Pheasant, like turkey, has a low fat content. We happily spread an extra toast.
How can you serve pâté?
We always put the pâté in the fridge for a little while before serving it, as the flavors come out best when slightly chilled. You can pair it on a tasty bread board with some fine cheeses, our English tomato chutney, and our Spanish sweet paprika marmalade.
