About this product
This Piri Piri seasoning is developed with inspiration from our time in Brazil, featuring spicy grilled chicken and Portuguese heritage dishes. Use this product to marinate meat, fish, shrimp, or vegetables for grilling, roasting, or slow cooking.
Apply an even coating, using about 4-6% of meat weight. Rub onto the moist meat surface at least 1 hour before cooking and allow it to marinate. Use olive oil and lime juice in a resealable bag.
Great on a spatchcock chicken, slowly grilled over charcoal and sprinkled with citrus. Gluten-free, vegan friendly, contains celery.
