Gildehoen chicken wings with honey-ginger sauce
Chicken Wings according to a delicious, spicy recipe. Suitable for every occasion and easy to prepare.


1.5 - 2 kilos Gildehoen chicken wings
5 spring onions, finely chopped
5 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce (sweet)
1 red chili sliced
1 to 2 cm freshly grated ginger
4 to 5 sprigs of thyme without leaves


1) Mix all ingredients in bowl until smooth.
2) Put the chicken wings next to each other in a large roasting pan, pour the marinade over it and cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator and leave for 24 hours.
3) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
4) Heat the grill pan and fry the wings for about 15 to 20 minutes. Make sure they are well browned and that the meat juices come out when you insert them with a skewer.
5) Bake in the oven at 180° for about 10 to 15 minutes.
