Korean Short Ribs
Try Korean way short ribs, delicious!

Ingredients

For 6 persons
- 3 strands of short ribs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup rice wine
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small pear, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil

Preparation

1: Mix the ingredients
2: Marinate the short ribs for four hours
3: Grill the short ribs on direct fire with the lid closed.
4: Lubricate the short ribs continuously with marinade
5: When the short ribs are medium to well-done, remove them from the heat. About 65 degrees Celsius.
6: Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy the taste!
