An authentic American dish with a twist for 4 people.
Ingredients
- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 egg
- 35 grams breadcrumbs
- 80 ml milk
- 60 ml Authentic Steak House
- 1 chopped onion
- 50 g green pepper into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Grease a cake tin well.
- 3. Mix in a bowl the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
- 4. Add the milk with 4 tablespoons of the Authentic Steak House, the onion and peppers.
- 5. Put the mixture into the cake tin and coat the meat loaf with the remainder of the Authentic Steak House.
- 6. Bake the meatloaf in the oven for 1 hours. Check the meatloaf is firm. If not, then just let it bake for 10 more minutes.
- 7. Allow 15 minutes to cool and then cut into slices. Serve with potatoes and broccoli or cooked carrots.
