Meat Loaf
An authentic American dish with a twist for 4 people.


  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 35 grams breadcrumbs
  • 80 ml milk
  • 60 ml Authentic Steak House
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 50 g green pepper into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease a cake tin well. Mix in a bowl the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Add the milk with 4 tablespoons of the Authentic Steak House, the onion and peppers. Put the mixture into the cake tin and coat the meat loaf with the remainder of the Authentic Steak House. Bake the meatloaf in the oven for 1 hours. Check the meatloaf is firm. If not, then just let bake 10 minutes. Allow 15 minutes to cool and then cut into slices. Serve with potatoes and broccoli or cooked carrots.
