Meat Loaf

An authentic American dish with a twist for 4 people.

Ingredients


  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 35 grams breadcrumbs
  • 80 ml milk
  • 60 ml Authentic Steak House
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 50 g green pepper into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation


  • 1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  • 2. Grease a cake tin well.
  • 3. Mix in a bowl the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
  • 4. Add the milk with 4 tablespoons of the Authentic Steak House, the onion and peppers.
  • 5. Put the mixture into the cake tin and coat the meat loaf with the remainder of the Authentic Steak House.
  • 6. Bake the meatloaf in the oven for 1 hours. Check the meatloaf is firm. If not, then just let it bake for 10 more minutes.
  • 7. Allow 15 minutes to cool and then cut into slices. Serve with potatoes and broccoli or cooked carrots.
