Flavour and Use

Sweet Sparerib Marinade is a ready-to-use water-based liquid marinade with a rich, sweet flavour and savoury undertones. Sugar creates beautiful caramelisation during grilling, while soy sauce, salt and vinegar add extra umami.

Paprika provides a herby base, while garlic and onion add extra depth to the marinade. Curry adds a warm, mildly spicy flavour. Thanks to its liquid consistency, the flavours can penetrate the product well, giving your dish an intense and flavourful character.

Applications

Use Sweet Sparerib Marinade for spareribs, boneless chicken thigh, chicken legs and various types of fish. The marinade is suitable for preparations on the BBQ, grill or in the oven.

Vegetables such as peppers, courgette and corn on the cob also develop a delicious sweet and caramelised flavour. You can also use the marinade for scampi and other shellfish or incorporate it into a sauce for extra depth and sweetness.

Dosage and Preparation

Use approximately 60 to 80 grams of Sweet Sparerib Marinade per kilogram of meat, fish or poultry. Pour the marinade over the product and rub it in well so that everything is evenly coated.

Marinate the product in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For a more intense flavour, you can leave the marinade to absorb for approximately 12 hours. Shake the bottle well before use so that the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Storage Advice

Store your Sweet Sparerib Marinade in a cool, dark place and keep it tightly sealed to preserve its quality and flavour.
