How to Use Teriyaki Sesame Sauce

For marinating, use approximately 50 to 70 ml of sauce per 500 grams of meat or fish. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For a more intense flavour, you can leave the marinade to absorb for several hours.

Want to use the sauce as a glaze? Brush it over the dish in several layers during the final 10 to 15 minutes of cooking. For stir-fries, add the sauce during the final 2 to 3 minutes and stir everything well so that the sauce can thicken nicely.

Storage Advice

Store your Teriyaki Sesame Sauce in a cool, dry and dark place away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep the sauce in the refrigerator and preferably use it within a few weeks for the best flavour and freshness.
