Flavour and Use

The Herb Marinade is a ready-to-use marinade made with vegetable oils, green garden herbs and garlic. Parsley and chives provide fresh, herby notes, while dill and tarragon add subtle anise-like accents. Garlic and onion provide a savoury base, while black pepper and turmeric round off the flavour profile.

The oil helps distribute the herbs evenly over the product and allows the flavours to penetrate during marinating. You do not need to add extra oil or butter during preparation. The marinade is suitable for both quick preparations and dishes that require longer cooking.

Applications

Use the Herb Marinade for various types of meat, such as lamb rack, boneless chicken thigh and steak. It also adds a fresh, herby flavour to grilled salmon, cod and prawns.

The marinade is also delicious with vegetables such as peppers, courgette and mushrooms. Turkey, tofu, tempeh and portobello mushrooms are also suitable for this marinade. Use it on the BBQ, in the oven or for other preparations.

Dosage and Preparation

Use approximately 80 to 120 grams of Herb Marinade per kilogram of meat, fish or vegetables. Distribute the marinade evenly over the product and rub it in well.

Allow the product to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours. For a more intense flavour, you can leave the marinade to absorb overnight. Shake the packaging well before use so that the oil and herbs mix thoroughly.

Storage Advice

Store your Herb Marinade in a cool, dry and dark place away from direct sunlight. Close the packaging tightly after use to preserve the quality and aroma.
