Beef fat from grass-fed pasture cattle. The beef fat, also known as beef tallow, has a low melting point (33°C) and can be heated to extra high temperatures (up to 235°C). The fat has a creamy texture and a nutty, buttery aroma.
Ideal for broths & stews. Experience pure extra flavor by adding a teaspoon to broths, soups, ragouts, stewed dishes, spicy stews, robust sauces, etc. Also suitable for frying and grilling: Delightfully deep flavors in steak or hamburger patties.
For frying, for example, original Belgian fries are cooked twice in beef fat. Also perfect for fried rice dishes.
