Grill the roulade evenly in butter, then cook it on the BBQ or in the oven until it reaches approximately 60-63 degrees Celsius for a medium-cooked result.

Calm, gourmet, and responsible, that's how we operate. The Belgian Blue crossbreed dual-purpose cows are given the time to grow peacefully in the Zonzeelse Polder. No medicines are used for the animals; it is pure nature.
They retain their natural horns. They are allowed to grow and develop into high-quality meat. And you can taste it. Only when the cows are fully grown do they go to a local butcher.
