Tasty pork steak
Pork steak, also called pork oysters, is cut from ham meat. The meat is lean and somewhat more robust than, for example, a pork tenderloin. Often the piece is flattened as schnitzel, but you can also prepare it as a steak. These steaks are ideal for marinating or seasoning to your own taste and go well with the weekday meal. The meat is lean and somewhat firmer, but tasteful. These steaks are specially cut for us by LIVAR by weight and packaged.

How do I prepare a pork steak?
You can eat the meat of the LIVAR pig perfectly naturally, it has a lot of taste of itself. You can also marinate it or season it to your own taste. Grill the steak on both sides over high heat, golden brown to a core temperature of 67 degrees Celsius. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes and enjoy your meal!
