Great pork
The ibérico pork chops were absolutely incredible. I cooked it sous vide and seared at the end. Great marbling, super tender and flavorful.

Superlekker ik denk dat ik hem nog niet helemaal perfect had bereid maar duidelijk meer smaak dan een normaal stukkie!

Heerlijk stuk vlees! Met 6 personen gegeten allen waren onder de indruk van de smaak en malsheid. Heerlijk met een portsausje. Insmeren met mosterd perper en zout. Aanbraden in geklaarde boter. Op braadslee garen in een stoomoven van 160 graden ongeveer 30 tot 40 min. In folie inpakken en laten rusten. Perfect!

Gisteren gegeten was gewoon bereid op een Weber zonder toevoegingen van kruiden en/of specerijen geweldig mooi stuk vlees saus er bij nemen is een belediging van het vlees :)
