About this product
Delicious sweet soy sauce from our own country. In Rotterdam, this sauce is the only one in Europe that is micro-brewed. The traditions are respectfully adhered to, and the sauce is aged for 24 months in 25-50 year old Scottish whiskey barrels. The wheat and soy are grown in Hoeksche Waard. This is combined with spring water and Celtic sea salt from Guérande (France). The fermentation is then started with their own aspergillus oryzae Tomasu.
