The tomahawk is of course a beautiful eye-catcher. Now the rib eye actually has the most flavor of all other steaks. This is due to the nice fat penetration in the meat. With this steak you not only have the showpiece of the BBQ, but also a delicious piece!
Preparation
Grill de steak op hoog vuur gedurende 6-7 minuten per kant. Tot een kern van ongeveer 54 graden. Laat vervolgens 10 minuten rusten alvorens aan te snijden. Kruiden naar eigen smaak.
