About this product
We selected this wine because it is ideal as an aperitif with friends, but it also accompanies with class and voluptuousness an asparagus charlotte, pike-perch in cream, sole or even a skewer of goat cheese.
TASTE PROFILE: The shiny golden color, the aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, white peach and brioche notes are then expressed in the mouth in a beautiful balance and a fresh aftertaste.
GRAPES: 100% Chardonnay.
VINEYARD AREA: Our plots, on clay-limestone soils, are located in the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees.
HARVEST: All grapes are harvested by hand
VINIFICATION: sorted on belts to press only the best grapes. The must is then placed in 220 liter barrels to complete fermentation. Daily stirring for the first two months helps to 'nourish' the wine and extract more aromas and complexity. The wine matures for 8 to 9 months.
ALCOHOL: 13.5%

On the nose aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, white flowers and brioche.
The wine is drunk at 12°C and is fully expressed thirty minutes earlier.
