About this product
This Harissa Seasoning is developed with inspiration from our time in the Middle East. Traditionally a spicy sauce, we've turned this amazing flavor of North African street food and BBQ into a powder form.
Use this rub to flavor chicken, seafood, flatbreads, and salads.
Apply an even layer, use about 3-5% of the meat weight. Rub onto a moist surface at least 1 hour before cooking and let it marinate. Can also be mixed with olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste. Add to cooking with a tagine for amazing lamb and vegetable dishes, great for grilled kebabs or slow cooking!
