The Pluma is a piece of meat from the pig's chuck. It is located above the attorney and rib. The shape of the piece is a bit plume-shaped, hence the name "pluma". It is a typical Spanish piece that is actually cut because of the Spanish craft, only there. The meat is deliciously tender and has a wonderful taste. Packed per approximately 5-6 pieces.
