About this product
USA cattle are Angus cows, sometimes cross-bred with other breeds depending on the farmers preferences. All USA beef at Beef&Steak is grain-fed and is of top-quality. The marbling is very consistant and richly distributed through the meat. Our flat ribs are incredibly tender and full of flavour. Use them for a pot roast or a low&slow session on your barbecue.
