Preparation
  • Oven: verwarm de oven voor op 175 °C. Leg de ham in een ovenschaal, dek af met aluminiumfolie en verwarm 10–15 minuten. Laat de ham daarna kort rusten voordat je hem aansnijdt.

  • Au bain-marie: breng een pan met water tot net onder het kookpunt (ongeveer 80–85 °C). Leg de ham, nog in de vacuümverpakking, in het water en verwarm langzaam.

Snijd de ham voor het serveren in dunne plakken, dwars op de draad, zodat hij lekker mals blijft.
