Super stukje vlees. Lekker met rub op paprika basis maar ook met ketjap en knoflook. Iets anders gebruik dan red porc marinade van lobo deze vind je in de plaatselijk toko. Voor 3 aan 4 pers 1 kg. Helemaal top beef en steak.

Mooi stuk mager spek van een goede kwaliteit. Licht gepekeld en een week in de droge lichte pekel gezet. Iedere dag omgedraait en na 8 dagen gespoeld goed afgedroogt en op de BBQ gedurende 8 uur warm gerookt. Wat overbleef was ruim 2
