The Forged Olive bread knife has a long and serrated blade, ideal for cutting hard bread or, for example, quiche. It is also perfect for slicing larger vegetables or fruits such as melons, pumpkins, or pineapples.
The Forged Olive knives are made from Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are hand-forged, making each one unique.
The knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box. With a 10-year warranty.
