For years Beef&Steak had wonderful burgers of the Aberdeen Angus. People still ask for these burgers, but the producer can't produce these burgers anymore. We do have the raw materials to make these burgers. Now packed per 1 kilogram and suited to make sausage and burgers. A nice ratio of 80% meat and a maximum of 20% fat. Full of taste and really flexible!
The Aberdeen Angus breed is a Scottish breed. The meat of this cow has a really nice marbling. This makes the Aberdeen Angus a wonderful product to experiment with.
