About this product
The hanging tender is on the inside of the flank with a beef. The muscle works a lot because it controls the lungs. This makes the muscle quite stiff but has a lot of taste. The muscle consists of 2 parts that are connected to each other by means of a seal. You must remove this seal in advance. The two elongated steaks that are left are alternately grilling or baking. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes to get it more tender.
