The meat from Meat Nature comes from nearby. They consciously choose the shortest possible chain. They grow the feed for the cows on their own land. They use the manure from the cows on their own fields to grow the feed for the cows. Circular and responsible. This way, we aim for low food miles and a low food print.
Local story
Calm, Burgundian, and responsible, that is the way of working. The Belgian Blue crossbreed dual-purpose cows are given the time to grow calmly in the Zonzeelse Polder. They do not use any medicines for the animals; it is pure nature. They retain their natural horns. They are allowed to grow and develop into quality meat. And you can taste it. Only when the cows are fully grown do they go to a local butcher.
